Hi, A posting a few months backed raved about a small out of the way place in Trastvere to eat. (small prices, great food) Any suggestions or would you remember the same posting. We leave tomorrow. thanks

Brad - A question - Have you ever had a BAD meal in Rome - I haven't after many years of being there each year. The sidewalk cafes off the Spanish Steps on the side streets are excellent - The Restaurants and Cafes on Via Veneto are superb - You won't have a bad meal - promise!!
My favorite in Trastevere is Ristorante Alle fratte di Trastevere but that's definitely not to say that the others aren't equally as good.

I had an excellent meal at a small restaurant called Z'mberto (not sure of the spelling?). It was only a short walk from the Hotel Casa San Guiseppe (straight out the front door about 100 feet, on the right).
Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the other place that was just off Piazza Trilussa.
