Easy transfer from Milan Malpensa Airport to Bologna, Italy

I am flying into Milan in mid July and staying at a private home in the no car zone of Bologna. Looking for easy transportation from Malpensa to the apartment. Looks like train will require one or two trains, plus a very long walk to the apartment from the Bologna train station. Any ideas for a semi private or private car or mini bus? Any idea where to look? Price?

Only one train change at Milano Centrale, all on one level. When you get to Bologna Centrale, just get a taxi.

From MXP take the Malpensa Express to Milan Central and transfer to the train to Bologna, and then
take a taxi to as close as possible and walk from there?

Does the homeowner not have an answer of how to get from the Bologna train station to the location?

It’s a 2-3 hour drive so I would guess 400ish?

You can take a taxi from Bologna Centrale to your lodgings. Taxis can drive in the ZTL or at least get you close enough.

Use the official train sites. They both have easy to use apps. Download and buy tix when you land at MXP.
