Does anyone know how long it takes to retrieve your baggage at the naples airport ?
I am flying easy jet from venice to naples. The plane is scheduled to land at 1835 hrs and I was
wondering if I would make it in time to catch the Curreri bus at 1900 hrs to sorrento.

I would try carryon , if u cannot and must check luggage then it is just a guess.

with checked luggage? That is a BIG gamble.
Remember that 1835 is when the wheels hit the tarmac, not when you are walking on the tarmac towards the terminal (rare for Easyjet to use jetways).

I always thought that the arrival time was at the gate.
I'm not familiar with Naples airport, however knowing air travel these days I would think 'next to no chance'.

We flew into Naples last year (from London) and tho I can't remember if the plane arrived when it said, we did have to all load onto a bus on the tarmac and be ferried to the airport...so that took about 10 min. We got thru passport really fast as it was a late arriving flight (about 10pm) and there were no other flights arriving. We were at the back of the line (because my darn momma is so slooooow) but were still thru in about 5 min. The guard barely gave the passport a cursory glance and didn't even ask any questions. But we had to wait for my mom's checked bag to come out so that was about 10-15 min. I'd say chances are slim you would get thru that fast...the stars would really have to align.

Probably not.
You also have to get out of the terminal and find the right bus.
