Easter in Rome

We have read that most restaurants will be closed on Easter or filled by the locals. Any suggestions on making reservations.
We will be in the Campo de Fiori neighborhood. Do you think there will be cafes open for at least a light meal?

Yes, they will be open, but with many eating out for Easter, you will be standing in the street waiting if you do not have a reservation. We have eaten in the Ghetto, near Campo de' Fiori, for Easter and Christmas at Il Giardino Romano. They speak English so easy to make a res. I would call ASAP.
