My husband and I will be in Florence for 4 days in April, including Easter Sunday. I know the main museums will be open and I know about the Easter parade and exploding cart celebrations. My main concern is if many restaurants are open? If so, are they busy or fairly empty? I do not know if Italians go out for holiday meals or stay at home. Lastly, has anyone been to Florence on Easter? If so, do you remember where you ate? Any restaurant suggestions welcome!! Thanks!
