Easter dinner in Florence

We (myself, hubby, and three boys ages 14, 12 & 11.5) will be spending Easter in Florence. And, it will be our last full day in the city before heading back to Rome for a night before flying home. We plan to eat most breakfasts and some dinners at our apartment because feeding three boys can be expensive!!

I would like to plan to go out for an Easter meal but I am unsure where to start. We don't need fancy, would prefer a good value and my kids tend err on the 'safe' side when eating (i.e. they will be eating a lot of pizza and spaghetti). We are staying just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. I know that many restaurants will not have their Easter availability posted, but I do want to be prepared for option and how to reserve.

What are your thoughts?

TIA!
