Easter: agriturismo or Siena

If you were going to Italy over Easter would you opt to be on an agriturismo or in Siena on Easter Sunday and the following day?

Edited for clarity: We will be staying 5 nights in Siena and 4 nights at an agriturismo, just trying to figure out which one to do over Easter. :)

We aren't religious and aren't crazy about crowds but also wouldn't hate seeing a procession or something if there's one we shouldn't miss.

I don’t like to stay in Agriturismo for just a night or two, unless you are part of a big family and need more than one bedroom. The check in and out process usually takes longer. Also an Agriturismo almost certainly needs a car rental because are almost all in areas not served by frequent public transit.
