I have a flight out of Milan airport for 6:40 am. Any suggestions on close hotel to the airport with shuttle at that early hour?

Plenty of hotels right at that airport. Just Google it.

There is a Sheraton in the airport. No need for a taxi or shuttle.

We have stayed at Hotel Villa Malpensa several times. Right next to the airport. Good dining room for a last dinner in Italy.
