7 am flight on a Sunday from Rome FCO to Vienna for connecting flight back to US. Rome hotel offered to make the cab reservations, is their relationship with a cab company more reliable than me making reservations online ahead of time (with a company reccomended here for reliability). Thanks!

I also would trust the hotel.They deal with the same company and get great service.We were picked up at 3:45AM and the driver was on time.

Personally, I'd trust the hotel, who you can confirm with in person while you're there, more than any online reservations.
