We have a 6 AM flight Naples to Rome. Plane tickets are already purchased so the train is not an option. We also don't want to leave Naples before the date of our flight. Staying at an Airbnb (centro storico).
Should we book a taxi the day before? (Will ask the Airbnb host to do this for us.) Hire a private driver? If yes to the driver question, do you have specific requirements?

It’s only 15 min away from the historical center. A taxi will do. You can have the host arrange or call yourself at +39 081 8888.
You can also use an app, including Uber, which partnered with the taxi company to summon a taxi using the Uber app.

Thanks so much. Some people were telling me that taxis weren't reliable that early in the morning which didn't make much sense. Others lectured me about not taking the train.
