We want to see the flower show in Noto in May 2027 so wanted to get any input on staying in Noto for 5 or so nights as a base after staying 4 nights in Palermo.

For me, it's a long time in Noto but I have no idea how much the flower show time would add to a normal visit. 4 nights in Palermo makes sense.

I enjoyed Noto, but a few hours was sufficient. With a festival, you’d want additional time. If you had a vehicle it could be used as a base to take day trips to Ortigia, Modica, Ragusa, and a few other places, but the back and forth driving would get old quickly since each of the places I mentioned is an hour or so away.

Thank you. I plan on using Sunny Sicily for day trips. Last year, I stayed in Catania, but did not get to southeast Sicily.
