I have a 6:30AM flight out of NAP on a Sunday morning and will be staying in Sorrento Saturday evening. What is the best way to get to the airport at 3:30AM??? Is it difficult to get a taxi at that early time? Who provides transfers from Sorrento-Naples during the early morning hours? Thanks for your help on this.

Neither the train or the bus run that early, so you'll be stuck with a taxi, or Uber black, which could run you $100. It might be better to stay in Naples the night before your departure.

The airports official opening time is 5:30, so adjust your time accordingly.

My husband and I had a 6.30 a.m. flight out of NAP last October after our 4 nights in Sorrento but spent the night before in Naples. We had a private transfer prearranged the day before by our Sorrento hotel through Autoservizi de Martino. You can check them out but not sure what their hours of operation are. http://www.admitaly.com/autonoleggio-con-conducente/ We were picked up at 10.30 a.m. & paid 75 Euro + tip for the approx. 1 hour transfer to our Naples hotel--Art Resort Galleria Umberto, just off Piazza del Plebiscito and near the lovely Gran Caffe Gambrinus which is a fun place to have a spritz and people watch. We spent the rest of the day exploring Naples. Had been here 2x before for daytrips but there is lots to see here and we have always enjoyed our time in Naples. The next morning we took a taxi (arranged the night before by hotel) from our hotel to the airport which is not far out of town. Have a great trip!
