Is it feasible to be able to get an 8:10 AM flight out of Pisa? I will be spending the night in Lucca.

The first train departs from Lucca at 05:37 and arrives at Pisa Centrale at 06:02. From there it's less than 10 min to the airport by taxi or shuttle bus. So you could comfortably be at the airport on time for an 08:10 flight (for an Intra Europe flight itis recommended you arrive at the airport at least 1 hr prior to departure).
A taxi directly from Lucca can get you to the airport in 20-30 min at any time you wish, but I bet it's at least 50 or 60 euro for the 35km ride.
