Are there any tours that you can take in Rome that are geared toward early Christianity? Like 1st Century to 4th Century (time of Constantine)?

The Archaeological hop-on hop-off run by Trambus Open might be able to help you or the Christian hop-on hop-off. You'll see them where they all leave from at the Termini Station. The Archaeological bus takes you to the Appian Way and the Catacombs. One ticket gets you both tours.
