e-bike tours or self riding in tuscany

Hi We are wanting to do either a multi day ebike tour in Tuscany in July probably for 4-6 days. Just wandering if anyone recommends a bike company we could use and where to go-we are happy to do our own thing or if the price is right do a group tour. There is just 2 of us. I have been in contact with "Hooked on Cycling and Walking" and "S.Capetravel" so far. Thanks
