Has anyone had any luck booking Duomo tickets with TickeOne.it? After many attempts over a period of one week, clearing cookies, using various computers & various credit cards and even logging in from different internet locales I keep getting an error message which reads "“Your payment can not be processed. Please check your entires and try later”. As I am not fluent in Italian nor Duomomilian.it Help Line is fluent in English does anyone have any suggestions on alternate ticket locations?

Try going directly to the Duomo website: https://www.duomomilano.it/en/buy-tickets/
I didn't buy from the website ahead of time when I went to Milan; I just went there early in the morning to buy the Fast Track for the same day. It was late September 2018 and I didn't have to wait at all to buy the tickets - there's a separate window for them. Only had to wait about 15 minutes to get in after that.

One thing that might be the cause is something that trips up a lot of people in the USA.
Is there a box in which you have to enter the date you want the tickets? Make sure you are entering the numbers in the proper order, which would be month/day/year.
This has bitten me before when I entered under the typical order we do in the states and I got a similar message as you have AND there was nothing pointing to my error.

Europeans enter dates in this order: day - month - year.
So February 13 would be 13-02-2020
