Duomo di Milano

Hello,

I planned to buy my tickets for the Duomo di Milano this morning. It appears that the website has been recently updated (which is a good thing) and only schedules 2 weeks out.

Any experience with this? I see that you can already book guided tours for April 30th, 2019 but not the self-guided fast track tour. Am I just jumping the gun trying to purchase these? We were not able to get The Last Supper Tickets!

You can see The Last Supper by taking a city tour.
Have you also tried third party ticket sellers? We had to buy through an Italian agency both times we went to see The Last Supper.

I called and nothing for April. They did say there was May tickets.

I am more interested in the cathedral. Only showed 2 week increments for individual sales. The tour option was up.

If you end up being unable to get tickets in advance, try arriving there early in the day. I arrived in Milano on an early train from Varenna, headed straight for the Duomo, and bought my ticket then (around 9:15). I had only a short wait (perhaps 5 minutes) to get in. By the time I exited the Duomo, the line was much longer. I also took the elevator to the roof - again, I had only a short wait that was much longer by the time I came back down. This was in mid-June.

Just an FYI, I tried to get Last Supper tickets for May when they went on sale at 4:30 am Eastern Time on March 12th. By the time I got my log in sorted out the day I wanted was gone, and by 5:15 am the whole month of May was gone. For those who want April, May or June tickets to the Last Supper a city tour seems like the best option. Would that include the Duomo too?
