Directions to Via Palagio degli Spini [you do not go to the terminal]:

From the Autostrada del Sole (A1 / E35) take the exit for the Airport (E11). As soon as you leave the toll plaza you’ll see a gas station on the right. This is the LAST station you will see before you drop off the car. From here just stay on this road until you see IKEA. Take the next right after you see IKEA. Follow that around and look for the Rental Car entry on the right, the 3rd driveway.

There will be a shuttle taking you to the terminal.

To follow N.Kingdom’s direction you must exit the A1 freeway at FIRENZE NORD. Otherwise it’s a different route that takes you there. Where are you coming from?

I'm coming from Quecegrossa --20 min from Castellina di Chianti.
If I put my GPS on, I should be fine--correct???

Enter the directions below. Make sure you select the route option that sends you all the way up to A1 to the FIRENZE NORD exit, then you come back down (SE direction) on the A11 toward Via Palagio degli Spini, which is the street where the Airport Rental Car Center is located (I used Hertz, but all companies are at the center).

No ZTL along the way but the speed limit along the Siena-Firenze freeway is 90 km/h (55 mph), while on the A1 (and A11) is 130 km/h (80 mph). Give yourself at least 90 minutes, plus a few extra for refueling.

This is the last Service Station before the rental car return. Maybe you may want to set your GPS to go here first.
