Dropping off rental car at Hertz in La Spezia

Hi All

I've booked a car that I'm returning to the Hertz location in La Spezia. The map on the Hertz website shows a very different location compared to putting the address into google maps. Has anyone on here used this Hertz location recently and can shed some light on this dilemma?

The location says it's Viale San Bartolomeo 389. Google maps places it much closer towards the train station compared to the hertz site.

Well, my three mapping systems has the location in the same place. Viale San Bartolomeo 389
Either way, Viale San Bartolomeo is a ways from the train station to 5 Terre, La Spezia Centrale, if that is where you are headed. You will likely need a cab.

It's over 2 miles from the Hertz return to the train station. There is a bus system that runs in La Spezia and it might be easy to get to the train station from the Hertz place with little communication problems but vise-versa I think you'll be in for a real challenge. We found the bus drivers to be very friendly but do not speak or understand much English and my Italian is very limited, too. Go for the taxi!
