Dropping off a rental car at Train Station in Venice

I will be traveling by rental car from Lake Garda to Venice in late June and would like to know best directions to the train station where I will be dropping off the rental car

And which train station are you referring to? The Venice train station is Venice St Lucia...but there are no rental car facilities there. Maybe Piazzle Roma or maybe Mestre?
