Any recommendations for a driving service or taxi company to drive two people and two pieces of luggage from Milan to the train station in Tirano?

Is there a reason you can’t just take train from Milan to Tirano?
Looks like about a 2 hour trip, runs every hour
I think driver will be 200-300 euros
Train is 11.50/person

. Maybe I should have provided more details. We will arrive in Milan and be staying there for a couple of days. We would like to take the Bernina Express into the alps. We had booked a packaged day trip round-trip to do this however the forecast looks like a lot of rain for that day which I know can detract from the scenery. That said, was looking to reschedule and all packaged tours were booked so trying to figure it out on our own. It seemed to make sense to find our way to Tirano and take the Bernina to St. Moritz on the same day of our trip as we were planning to leave Milan and head to Bellagio. So trying to find an efficient way to make this happen noting we will have luggage in tow. Thank you!

You don't need a packaged tour nor a taxi company to travel by train. Take the train from Milan to Tirano, change there for the train to St Moritz. And if you want to get to Bellagio afterwards you take the train back to Tirano and then from Tirano to Varenna from where you can take a ferry across the lake to Bellagio.
