Driving from Varenna to Malpensa airport

A minimum of 1hr 45 min driving time, no allowance made for stops or traffic difficulties getting around Milan. It's about 80 miles, the airport is about 30 miles northwest of Milan. Thanks Kent. It's a little longer than I thought. I think I will use this link for the rest of my trip. We will also have a GPS with us.

It depends on your itinerary but it's an easy train trip from Varenna to Milan Central rail station (approximately 1 hour.) A bus then will take you from the train station to Malpensa airport in about 50 minutes.

We will already have a car that we have to return to the airport.
