Driving and Parking in Milan

We will be driving from Malpensa and would like to visit Duomo area, Galleria and maybe soccer stadium before we head up to Bellagio. If anyone has advice for the best route and parking.
Thank You!

The city center has restricted traffic (Area C).
I would park here at the Lampugnano parking (Metro Red Line 1 LAMPUGNANO station) and take the Metro (subway) to DUOMO station still on the M1 line:

It's the best parking coming from Malpensa.
Using Google Maps directions your departing point is Malpensa T1, while your arrival point is the LAMPUGNANO ATM PARKING above.
The Lampugnano parking is large, multi-story, next to the M1 metro station, cheap, and you could also walk to the stadium from there (20 min) or drive to it in 2 minutes (no traffic restrictions at the stadium).
Do not leave valuables inside the car. If you have luggage (but avoid valuables), back the car with the trunk against a wall or pillars so that it will be hard to open the trunk. Make sure cargo area is not visible. The parking has security cameras and is a pay parking so car theft is unlikely, but you never know if someone might try to open the car and grab a bag.

To get to Bellagio from there it's easy and no traffic restrictions to worry about. Use Google Maps for directions.

Area C is a congestion charge area: Unlike ZTLs one can pay a small fee to enter.

I don't get why are you are getting the car at the airport instead of downtown Milan. You'll waste time on the ring road, looking for parking etc. To tell the truth I am not sure I get why you are keeping a rental car on a lake, either.

Dario is correct. You might be better off taking the train to the city center, putting your luggage in the luggage storage (deposito bagagli), then rent the car at the end of the afternoon at the train station (you will save airport fees too). If your destination is only Bellagio, then I would take the train there too (train from Milano Centrale to Varenna-Esino, then boat across to Bellagio). In any case, if you still decide to pick up the car at the airport, I'd stick with the Lampugnano parking. Too much hassle to go to the Area C (inside the city center), and you might get lost in the process. The metro M1 is easy from there.
