I will be driving a rental car from Crotone to Strongoli and wanted to know if anyone had any information on ZTL's in either city. Also, are traffic cameras present on all Strada Statale's or highways, if anyone knows or where I could find out this information. Thanks.

Driving directions provided by Google Maps gives us a clue. In either direction of travel, the last turn of the drive indicates a "restricted usage road." That must be when you need to look for a parking spot. A ZTL usually covers the older, historic core of a town, with narrow roads and little parking. The warning signs tend to look like this.
