Hi - I am hoping for a recommendation for a good, dependable, English-speaking driver to provide transport services from Cefalu to Palermo Airport. Any advice/recommendations would be appreciated.

The English speaking is going to be the problem.
Michelangelo transfers is reputable; I've been happy with them, but the drivers we've had didi not speak English. You could write to them and inquire if they could provide one who does.
Do you absolutely need an English speaker if all he is going to do is drive you from point to point?
