Looks like there are several listed here (with reviews) - link . Good luck. We used a Sita bus when we went from Sorrento to Positano and back and it was chalked full of people (standing room only; not recommended). You might be able to use a ferry as well either from Praianao or Positano - link . You might need to double check their schedule for the time of year too. Cheers.
