We are looking for a reliable driver to take us To Venice Airport from Peschiera Del Garda. Our flight leaves at 11 am and we would like to arrive by 8:30 am. Our flight back home was changed from a later departure. If we cancelled our last night at Lake Garda we would not get a refund. We are still a bit worried about traveling to airport the same morning as our flight home. Thanks for your help.

You could ask your hotel for a recommendation, or to book one for you. That is the safest option. We are going to do that to get to Verona train station from Malcescine.

The cost of a driver will probably be comparable to your hotel night
So I don’t think your plan saves any money
I’d stay at the airport the night before-unless you can afford to miss the flight

totally agree with ChristineH. take a train the day before flight and stay near VCE. you are cutting it tooooooo close for your flight unless you want to pay for a new flight. never know what can happen that early in the morning and the couple hours it takes to get to airport. a driver may charge up to $300 for that ride and make sure they will be there on time. remember that driver has to return back to lake garda and will charge accordingly.
we stayed at titianinnvenice.com, which had breakfast and a reserved shuttle to airport without STRESS!! good luck
