We are in Italy for four weeks and have used public transportation completely (trains and metros) until yesterday. We were traveling from the Cinque Terre to Positano and had decided to splurge on a driver to pick us up at the train station in Naples. We were so pleased by that decision! There is a huge amount of road construction in Naples plus there was an accident blocking the autostrada making the trip a three hour adventure with our driver comfortably in charge. Thank goodness we did not attemp it on our own or we may still be in route!!!

Yes, the company is Simply Amalfi and the driver was Claudio. You will contact them at [email protected] and they will get back to you very quickly. We have also arranged for them to pick us up and return us to Naples. We are pretty seasoned travelers but there is no way we could have navigated our way out of Naples on our own while also driving the car!!
