Drive Venice to Berlin

We will be driving from Venice to Berlin in August leaving on a Monday befor noon. We need to be in Berlin by Thursday noon. We plan to spend the first night in Innsbruck but could use advice on the drive itself as well as interesting towns to visit/stay in Germany. Thanks for your help. Peter Hughes
