Sounds like a great new opportunity, although shorter than a lot of other coast-to-coast trails in other places. That’s good, though, if flak’s aren’t kanji for to spend a week or more on a trek. I wonder whether operators will establish baggage transfer services, so hikers can take just a daypack, and their luggage will be waiting for them at each night’s stayover place?
In the north of Calabria, we want to return to Castrovillari - had a fantastic stay there 12 years ago!
