Hi everyone, I downloaded several of the RS Italy audio tours, and am trying to put them on a non-IPOD (Samsung) MP3 portable player. I am able to sync the files with the MP3 player using Windows Media player. However, when the files (for tours Colosseum, Forum, St. Mark's Square, etc.) appear on the MP3 portable device, they all have the same title "RS Italy Audio tours" rather than individual titles such as 'Colosseum', etc. Therefore, it seems that the files for each of the tours are being all mixed up together under the heading 'RS Italy Audio Tours'. Is there a way to organize these using Windows Media player or another program? I tried to change the file names in Windows Media but got an error message when sending to the portable device. Any help would be appreciated - I REALLY want to use these on our trip next week! Thanks in advance!! -Alan

I had the exact same problem. All the files have the same name and singer. I used windows media player to change the album name to the name of the tour: "Forum", "Frari church". Then I could select the album to play, play it in order and everything worked fine. I traveled with 2 teeneagers, and we all enjoyed the audio tour. I also had the same problem on my MP3, but not on my husbands. I hope you get it worked out because it was a pain to shuffle through to find the files, but I enjoyed RS alot.

Well, the only solution I see is to rename each file. This might take some time. Start with 01, 02 so on, instead of 1 because when you get to 11 the files might get mixed up again.
