Hello! I have had a bee in my bonnet about getting these tickets for my trip in June: somehow my 2:15am phone alarm was SILENT (an iPhone glitch, I think) and I missed getting them from official site.
I booked them on Get Your Guide: only dates that worked for me and not exorbitant were with a company called Open Mind Tours. Couldn't find any reviews of them so skeptical, but just emailed them directly to ask more. I can cancel for a refund up to a day before.
Other option is to book an Italian tour and use Google Translate to follow along (I don't speak Italian).
Would this be disrespectful/frowned upon? I don't want to be obnoxious. Might depend on the guide, but having trouble gauging whether it's rude.
Any input appreciated!
