I have an early morning tour booked for the Domus Aurea. I currently have a confirmation number but am supposed to get the tickets at the ticket office. I have heard the entrance and the ticket office can be tricky to find. Can anyone help give me directions? The address given on the website points to one location in the Colle Oppio when entered into google maps, but the map on the website has a location pinned on the opposite side of the park. When I tried running a search for the entrance, I just read people saying it is tricky to find, but no one who had specific directions. Any help is appreciated!

Try "biglietteria Domus Aurea" on google. Ignore the other one. It's (looking in the map) on a steer labeled Via Della Domus Aurea, which I don't remember being a street but rather a paved path into a park to the east of the colosseum. If you're on the correct/south side of the hill, it's not hard to find.
