We booked a flight on Ryanair from Palermo to Milano (Dep. 10 am - Arr. 12 pm). We are flying out of Milano on Emirates Airlines at 4 pm. Do you think we are allowing ourselves enough time for the lay over? Thanks!
1- Make sure your flight goes to MXP. Some flights go to Bergamo ( 1.5 -2.0 hrs away)
2- *IF * it arrives close to on time you should be OK. ( did not check but suspect Emirates uses only MXP)
Check airport name as it could also be Milan Linate.
Yes, we are flying into MXP. My concern is the reliability of Ryanair being on time.

FlightAware tracks dependability. You can research your flights on this site. Good luck!
Thank you!! This is very helpful. I appreciate the information!!! Connie
As others have said, if first flight is on time, you will be fine. I would suggest though: think ahead of time (now) about what your plan B is. Probably 90% chance everything will be fine. But what if RyanAir flight is cancelled, or delayed 4 or six hours? If you miss your Emirates flight, what is Emirates policy / what will you do? Worst case are you OK if you have to buy a new last minute ticket for the next day? Or...?
Best to think / research options now rather than in the thick of the problem.
I believe RyanAir uses Terminal 2 (the old terminal) of MXP whereas Emirates uses T1. So take into account the transfer between terminal by shuttle bus
