Dome reservations with the Firenze Pass

It appears Steve's instructions on this reservation tips page are out of date? You can book a reservation for the Duomo climb through the official website. However, it doesn't say how to book your reservation if you have the Firenze Pass and not just the six site, 15 Euro, Duomo card. Has anyone tried booking a reservation with the Firenze pass?

I hate timed entrances but don't really need the Firenze pass on this trip to Florence. Unfortunately not getting the pass means timed entry at the Duomo and Uffizi. :(

Also, if the monument closes at 18:20 what time do you suppose the last entry will be and will it be enough to get to the top. I suppose giving myself 1.5 hrs should be enough to climb, enjoy and descend?

Take the Firenze pass to the duomo ticket booth. The ticket station is located directly north of the baptistery, across the walkway/"square." Remember the word biglietteria which means ticket booth. Present your pass. You will be issued a combo. ticket which is good for 2 days of use. Go to any of the places within 2 days (bell tower climb, dome climb, baptistery, and archaeology area below the cathedral). Get this on the last day of your pass and you can weasel an extra day of sightseeing. There are no timed entrances at the duomo complex. You just show up during operational hours. You may have to wait in line to ascend the dome. Views from the bell tower are just as impressive. But, you don't get to see Brunelleschi's brick work.
