Dolomites Winter Public Transport Advice needed

Working on a plan for a 11 days trip to the Dolomites during winter at Late December/ Early January.

We’re hoping to do learn ski-ing and in general appreciate the scenery it has to offer. Thinking of going to Val Gardena (Ortisei) and Cortina D’Ampezzo. And if we have time to spare, to include Al Badia (Corvara) as well.

As we’re not driving, we understand that there is a Cortina express service that connects Cortina to Corvara during winter. Between Corvara and Ortisei, we couldn’t find anything though.

Could anyone advise what is the easiest way to get from Ortisei to Corvara?

Also, if taxi is the only easy way, how much would it typically cost one way roughly?

Appreciate any help or advice on this. Thanks in advance!

Winter timetables are not out yet, but one way from Ortisei to Corvara is to bus to Brixen, then bus to St Lorenzen, then bus to Corvara. Takes 3 1/2 hours. Later on you can check the timetables at https://www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/#/
Trains also run between Brixen and St Lorenzen with a change at Franzenfeste.

It is easy to ski from Ortisei to Corvara and to Cortina, it's the luggage that is the issue.
