Hi guys! We are flying into Venice and renting a car. Driving to Cortina for 4 nights and then to Ortisei for 7 nights. What would be a fun day road trip back to Venice? Venice for 2 nights. We have visited Venice before, so arriving late would not be a big deal. Thanks!

We have driven these routes on 2 separate trips - so I've combined them into one scenic route for your upcoming trip.
From Ortisei, I would drive to Bassano de Grappa. A beautiful town for lunch, to walk across the famous bridge, or take a tour at Poli.
Continue to Valdobbiadene along the Strada del Prosecco to Conegliano. The views are stunning! Then on to Venice - perhaps stopping for tiramisu in Treviso.
