I'm scrambling to finalize the itenerary for the Dolomites leg of our trip next month (mid september).
What we'd like to do:
- Hike Seceda
- Hike the Tre Cime loop
- Hike cinque torri
- Lago di Sorapis
- We're planning on renting a car so lots of stops along the way to each destination
We're planning on 4 nights. How does staying 2 nights in Cortina and 2 nights in Ortesi sound? Most of our stops will be closer to Cortina, so maybe 3 nights cortina/1 night Ortesi? Or stay in smaller towns? Any recommendations on hotels there?
We're picking up the car in venice, driving to Dolomites, and then after the Dolomites driving to Florence. Any suggestions along that route welcome as well! Thanks in advance.
