Leaving Rome today, and would like to get some laundry washed when we arrive in CT. I know the RS book mentioned a service there, but can anyone give me the details please?

Oh, do you know if they offer a service where they will launder, and deliver back to our hotel?

I think the laundry that Roberto mentioned is the same one I used a few weeks ago. I believe they offer both self-serve and service wash, but not sure whether they will deliver to your hotel. The owner was doing laundry for one of the hotels on the day I was there. Which hotel are you staying in?

We are staying at Manuel's Guest House, just 2 nights.

Manuel's Guest House is only a short walk from the laundromat, so it should be easy to do your laundry. You could (for example) put it in the washer and then go for lunch, perhaps at Fast Bar or one of the other places in the old town. After lunch go back to the laundromat and put your washing in the dryer. As I recall, each drying cycle is only about 12 minutes (but it will probably take two cycles).
