I had tickets from the Palazzo Ducale website for the Secret Itin for end of June 2020. I know their policy says tickets before 5-31-20 will be refunded and after that "will be assessed". I emailed them asking to reschedule for June 2021. The response was "we will contact you if we are able to refund your tickets". It looks like they are closed during the weekday in June of 2020 when I was supposed to go. Shouldn't a reschedule, not refund, be pretty easy? I had about 14 other items, airplane, TrenItalia, Airbnb, private B&Bs, Duomo Milano all reschedule or refund and everyone of these was non-refundable and I got the reschedule or refund in 5 minutes to one week. Anyone have any thoughts on the Secret Itin for Doges? thanks much.
