Sorry, here is the official site for the museum secret tickets. This will transfer you to viva tickets as you progress with your booking. I booked today the reduced price ticket since I included the clock tower ticket. Very easy process, the site would not take my cc despite me informing the cc people. I booked with pay pal, funds came from checking account at 1.26 euros (excellent, no additional fees that a cc company would charge)

Not a scam at all and before anybody starts a "Scam" stampede at least attempt to investigate first...
The http://www.museiciviciveneziani.it is indeed the official site to book the Doges Palace Tickets. The museiciviciveneziani site used to direct purchasers to the official seller of the tickets - TeleArt. However, just recently TeleArt has been replaced by VivaTicket. Neither of these places are a scam. I ran into a bit of difficulty because I got caught in the middle of the transition. However, everything is fine now.
