I've googled and can not figure out if the Venice airport has a TIM store or another store to get a SIM card. Our first destination is Padua and I know there are TIM stores there but I would prefer to get a SIM card before I leave the airport. I have an unlocked iPhone and I am interested in data not voice. Last year when we were in Italy I got a TIM Tourist SIM at Rome FCO which I was very happy with.
Sorry to say there’s no TIM store at VCE. There’s one just across from the rail station in Padova on Corso Del Popolo 79.

This suggestion is likely to reveal my limitations in the realm of tech, but can you not reload/recharge your old SIM card?
( I just upgraded from stone tablets to papyrus)
And there’s a TIM store at the intersecting alley just outside Pensione Guerrato in Venice.
Are you visiting Venice at all? There are several TIM stores in Venice, as I was looking for mine, I passed many others.
