Look it up on Google maps and look at the 360 degree view to see if you see it. It tends to be fairly accurate.

Google says permanently closed and the most recent reviews report it being closed during posted hours. Yelp reports it open but the most recent review from 3 months ago:

Closed…walked there today to find it closed…doesn’t look like it’s been open for a while!
I'd make other plans.
