Does anybody have the Last Supper book from the gift store?

Hello, I visited the Last Supper in Milan last year, and bought an English guide book in the gift store that an Italian tour guide pointed out to me. This paperback book seemed to contain a detailed description about the Last Supper itself. The thing is, I later lost the book when somebody got away with my luggage on the train. Now, I'm finding myself wanting to read the book. Does anybody here have the book and is willing to lend/sell it to me? Thanks, Art

Sounds like you may be on your own quest for a holy grail. Have you tried eBay? I do have to wonder what makes this particular book better than the hundreds of others that have been written about that painting. Good luck.

I checked on Amazon when I saw this post yesterday. Nothing. Surprising. Haven't looked at Powells.com though.

I don't know if this book is sold outside of the gift shop. It looked like something that was originally written in Italian and translated into English. The reason I want this book is that when I was in the viewing room, the Italian tour guide gave what sounded to me like a detailed commentary of the Last Supper, in Italian of course. Afterwards I asked him if there's any way to get the lecture in English, and he said it's all in the book in the gift shop. I thought somebody from here must have been interested in it and picked it up. I guess I am out of luck.
