We are going to Italy in two weeks so I decided to fill out the EU PLF form ahead of time. It didn't ask me about where we were staying and I got a QR code in my email a few minutes later. I thought I would be asked about where we are staying and I have read about people getting codes at mid night after they left on their flight. I am wondering if there is another document I need to complete or if I did something wrong.

That sounds like good news! This form must give us our QR code needed for entering museums and such!
