I have read there is no place to dock on the Lake if you rent your own boat.
Is this true or is there a restaurant that we can access anyplace?
A picnic on the lake on the boat is fine but wondering if we have options.

I have no direct experience, however I'm sure you'll be able to dock your rented boat, obviously not at the ferry docks as those are reserved for the public ferries, but there are several marinas in many towns where people dock their boats, this is one in Menaggio
