Do you know if the Trenitalia Train Station in Rome has a place where we can store our luggage

We have made a reservation in a guest suite in
Rome. Just found out that nobody is able to store our luggage until after 10:30 AM.. Our plane arrives in Rome at 6:40 AM. The place is not too far from the train station. We have a guided tour that starts at 10:30 for the colosseum. Please let me know if that is possible. If so, are the lockers big enough for a suitcase?

There is a luggage storage service in the station. There are no lockers, Suitcases of almost any size may be stored.
