Do we transfer on any of these trains?

Newbie to european train travel and by looking at my tickets I have no idea if we have to pay attention and transfer anywhere along the way OR just wait until the trip is over to look for our final stop.

Naples to Rome - Trenitalia (not booked yet)
Rome to La Spezia -Trenitali - frecciabianca 13:57 to 17:13
Monterosso to Pisa -Trenitali -Intercity 9:05 to 10:17
Florence to Venice - Italo Tren - 10:55 to 13:00

All of those are direct, no-connection trains and direct trains are also the standard choice from Naples to Rome. If your reserved ticket required a connection, it would show arrival and departure times for those interim points, too.

How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online gives you the DB train schedule link and tips for using it.

You do not transfer on these trips - they are "one seat rides." However, that does NOT mean that you wait until the trip is over; many of your stations are not the final stop on the train's route. For instance, your train from Naples to Rome is most likely continuing on to Milan or Venice; it will stop in Rome for 5-15 minutes, as it's a major station, but if you just stayed on, you'd miss your stop.

Know when you are due to arrive. About 5-10 minutes before you get to your stop, start gathering your belongings and move toward the exits; you'll see others doing the same. Be ready to depart when the train pulls in. If you wait until the train arrives to start gathering your stuff, you'll be trying to exit as others are trying to enter; this "swimming upstream" is particularly hard with luggage.

Always know the name of the stop before yours. (At large stations, you can tell when you are pulling in, but for smaller towns, you need to be prepared to leave the train when it stops.). You can find this information on the yellow Partenze posters near the tracks, or when you locate your track, the bottom of the individual electronic board will list a running line of all stops. Look for station names in Italian and know that some cities have more than one station.

Make sure you locate your train information and track by the Train Number printed on your ticket.
