Dinners shows in Rome

Looking for a good dinner show in Rome, will be celebrating my husband b-day and our 28 anniversary. Viator has a night tour/dinner but too $$$ 120.00 per person ! Open for ideas. Loved the Moulin Rouge in Paris! worth the $$. First time in Rome.
Thanks

I just got back from Rome and I didn't see any ads about dinner shows. How about making reservations at a great restaurant for dinner? My experience with the tour group dinners in Italy were that they were just acceptable, nothing special. My suggestion is to just book a nice restaurant for dinner and then walk around on your own to see the sights lit up at night.

I've never heard of anything like this in Rome. Good luck.

What about catching something at Teatro dell'Opera di Roma (Rome Opera House) or a show/concert at one of the venues in Rome and pairing that with dinner? I'd check sites to see what may be going on in Rome, look at sites like:
*** http://www.rome.info/theatre-opera/ *** *** http://selectitaly.com/events.php?city_id=7 http://www.europe-cities.com/en/603/italy/rome/culture/theatres/ *** Or Bing/Google your favorite type show/artists and Rome and see what comes up- someone on this site recently saw Andrea Bocelli in Milan- how great!

Check Rick's Rome travel guide for nightlife suggestions, including his Night Walk Across Rome or a visit to the Rome Auditorium.

I agree with Claudette, have a nice dinner and then go for a nice walk after. Rome is a different city at night than during the day. $120 per person to be herded on a bus, followed by a meal at a tourist trap is not worth the money. The best meals we ate at were in small, family run places that tour group would never fit.

Thank you for all the help. I found a good restaurant with good reviews in Tripadvisor, Osteria Allegro Pachino, it is around the corner of Trevi Fountain. Planning dinner and a walk. Looked up Andrea Bocelli site but he will not be in Rome ):
