Hey fellow foodies. We’re looking for recommendations for these two spots. Though these two spots are touristy we like finding hole in the wall gems in Italy (3rd family trip). Trattoria and Osteria as oppose to Ristorante. Anyone have gems they can share? 😁

CT- In Monterosso, the restaurant at Hotel Porto Roca, fabulous! This is a ristorante not an osteria or trattoria but worth the splurge!
Lake Como: Take a short ferry ride from Varenna to Bellagio where there are many more good restaurants: We have been to Bellagio four times and these are among our favorites:
Darsena di Loppia, Bilacus, Mistral, La Punta, Terrazza Barchetta, La Pergola
Pizza: La Grotta
In Varenna, it is a ristorante but one of the best, very small, back down a walkway from the main square, Il Cavatappi. They take reservations by email, no phone in and you need to do weeks in advance. Did I say Wonderful…..
